Trying to post a video

The beach video wouldn't work. I think it was just too long. So, I'm going to try a shorter video. If that doesn't work, I'm just going to bag the whole blog idea, and applogize to any other Brannons that try to use this domain.

Well, here we are

So, we were talking today about better ways to share videos and pictures of our lives with the many family and friends that live a long way from us. Facebook is always good, but it can take for freaking ever to up load some of the videos (Jared likes to take long videos) and some of our family members aren’t on Facebook, or at least aren’t very active, so we went looking for other options. In moving we discovered that we have seven 4GB flash drives, (I don’t know how we ended up with seven of the goofy things, we just did) so we thought about just putting pictures and videos from each month on a flash drive and mailing them to family, who can just put them on their own computers and mail them back. However, I don’t really want to pay that postage each month, and truth be told, I don’t have a lot of faith in my family’s ability to remember to mail the flash drives back to us. Sorry, but it’s the truth. I still love you though ;o)So, we arrived at the idea of the blog. This way we can upload things, more people can see it, and I have a platform for my occasional lengthy rant. They don’t happen often, but can be refreshing when I need to. I'll try to post a video of Eliza in a few minutes...
